先週、金曜todayを飛ばしてしまいました・・・

先週末、18期生の加藤翼が鷲宮グランドに帰ってきました。背も大きくなって、プレーも力強くなってました。少し見ない間に成長したなー
これからも加藤らしく頑張れー

School festival
Hi everyone!
The school festival is coming up this weekend so our students are very busy getting ready for the event. All of the classes are making special rooms and many clubs are busy getting ready for a special presentations too.
The International department and the English conversation club are doing their special room again this year as well.
Please drop by and say hello and have some tea (from different countries). You can read a book, talk to some English speakers, meet some international students, and check out our various programs (such as homestay study abroad and so on).
We hope to see you on the weekend!

日本では秋の花として親しまれる彼岸花。別名リコリスや曼珠沙華とも呼ばれ、日本特有の「彼岸」の時期に咲く花として知られています。赤い花として印象に残っている方も多いと思いますが、黄色い花に出会いましたので紹介します！ (k.h)

遅めのランチの後は友人の職場へ案内してもらいました。 蔵を改装したイベントスペースですが、インスタの画像しか見たことないので実物の迫力と素晴らしさに圧倒。
A day of sumo?
How much do you know about sumo wrestling? Many people think of it as a very expensive sport to watch. However,same day no assigned seating tickets are only 2200 yen for the day which lasts from 8 am to 6 pm.You can see lots of action, many colorful ceremonies, and hear the slapping of flesh and the grunts of the wrestlers first hand.The Autumn tournament is going on right now. Go and check it out! Also, some of the collectibles for sumo fans are actually quite cheap. A tegata (wrestler's hand print in red ink with their named signed in calligraphy on a square poster board) can sometimes be expensive, but very well done copies sell for less than 500 yen. Pictured are copies of tegata for two of the most famous wrestlers of recent year, Harumafuji and Asashoryu.

茨城県に行ってきました
Aloha！ 三連休の中日に茨城県に行ってきました。駅で友人と待ち合わせをして用事を済ませた後、那珂湊のお魚市場に連れて行ってもらいそこで海鮮ランチをいただきました。 さすが水産会社直営だけあって、お刺身の鮮度とボリュームに圧倒されました。
秋空!!
今週は季節の移り変わりを感じる一週間やったなー
夏も好きやけど、秋の夕焼けってなんでこんなに綺麗なんやろ・・・
