冬こそ鰻！

冬こそ鰻。
夏の土用丑の日が有名ですけど、鰻が美味しくなるのは身に脂が乗ってくる秋から冬。
鰻は高タンパク、高ビタミンA・ビタミンB1・ビタミンB2、ビタミンD、ビタミンEやDHA・EPA、 ミネラル（鉄、亜鉛、カルシウム、銅）が豊富で消化も良い。クリスマスに鰻なんてのもいいですね！よしっ、今年は鰻だ！（気合だけ）

鬼柚子ですと！

「鬼柚子」またの名を獅子柚子というそうです。
鬼というなんとも恐ろしい名前だけあって、普通の柚の１０倍位の大きさで小玉スイカぐらいはあろうかという存在感＼(^o^)／　(k.h)

飛行機

本文：数えるほどしか乗ってませんが飛行機、乗るのも見るのも大好きです。


轟音と共に上空を飛行している機体を見上げるとワクワクしてきます。
なかなか乗れる機会がないので、空港に遊びに行ってひたすら機体を眺めていたい...とまで思うように(重症)。
かといって詳しいわけではなく、感覚で好きなので、飛行機自体の知識は全くありません。


画像は今年1月に乗ったハワイアンエア(島間移動の国内線)ですが、もう何年も前に乗ったような気持ちになります。

Where did Christmas trees come from?

Christmas is coming. Which means lots of Christmas trees. So, shat is the origin of Christmas trees?

Well, in ancient times, people used evergreen plants to decorate their homes, particularly the doors, to celebrate the Winter Solstice. On December 21 or December 22, the day is the shortest and the night the longest.

The Christmas tree tradition was started in the 16th century by Germans who decorated fir trees inside their homes. Some say the first to light a candle atop a Christmas tree was Martin Luther.

The tradition of Christmas trees then began to spread to other countries in Europe and then eventually even to places such as Japan.

Christmas trees have had many changes over the years, and will probably continue to evolve.

古代米は旨い！

鷲宮総合グラウンド脇の成立田で育てている「古代米」を少し分けて頂きました。
古代米とは、「古代の野生種の形質を残した品種」として標榜されるものを指すもので、赤飯は、この古代米を模したものとか。モチモチとした食感が堪らなく旨い！

糠にビタミン（ビタミンB、ビタミンEなど）、リン・カルシウムなどのミネラルを含み、摂取することで滋養強壮作用がもたらされるといわれています。また、白米や赤米よりも高い抗酸化機能を持つものだそうです。おススメします。

日本代表候補からのクリニック！

先日、"３☓３バスケットボール"の日本代表候補である「齋藤 陽介」氏が成立学園男子バスケットボール部の個人スキル・クリニックを開催してくれました＼(^o^)／　斉藤氏は、当校永田コーチの神奈川県立秦野高校バスケットボール部時代の教え子という関係から快く引き受けてもらいました！

　日本トップレベルのスキル特にドリブルに関しては、高校生全員が魅了されていました。直接指導を受けた選手達は全国大会出場に向けた個人の目標が明確になったようでした(^^)v　他の写真はゼブラニュースに掲載しました。 (k.h)

今年も残り1か月ですね。

1年前は2020年が素晴らしいものになると思って残り1か月を過ごしていたと思います。しかし、2020年はコロナウイルスと言う100年に1度の新型ウイルスにたくさんの幸せが奪われてしまった感じでした・・・
