週末は花見？

東京の開花は3月15日（水）、満開になるのは来週22日（水）頃と、日本気象株式会社が開花･満開予想を発表しました。

そうなると今週末は絶好のお花見日和！気になるお天気は？というと土曜日は...雨！日曜日は晴れるようで一安心です。

ここから一気に花開くのが桜の醍醐味です。

Junior high graduation is tomorrow

The graduation ceremony for Seiritsu Gakuen Junior high will be held tomorrow. There are many Zebra members in the junior high and a few of them will be graduating this year. We hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow.

好きな玉子の黄身色はレモンイエロー。
赤っぽい方が濃厚な味のように思えるけど、色は飼料によってどうにでもなるもの。

玉子が不足して値段も上がっています。でも価格については今までが安すぎたのかもしれません。

卒業式！

３/５(日)成立学園高校の卒業式が行われました。ゼブラバスケットボールクラブにも手伝いに来てくれた島君達が無事卒業する事が出来ました。おめでとうございます(^_-)-☆　コロナ禍で練習も満足に出来ず大変な時期でしたが、インターハイ予選・ウィンターカップ予選のいずれも決勝リーグで後１勝で全国大会に出場する事が出来ませんでした。今年は後輩たちが必ず叶えてくれると思いますよ！

インスタントコーヒーで一番好きです。

コーヒーが大好きです。
もちろん専門店で飲むのは美味しい。でもドリップで家庭や仕事場で飲むのも好き。そして何よりインスタントで飲むこともすごく好きです。
技術の粋を集めた飲み物。

カップの中に粉を入れてお湯を入れるだけなのだけど、最初に少量のお湯で溶いて濃いコーヒー液を作ってから、適量になるまでお湯を足す。そんな淹れ方で飲む方が自分の中では美味しくいただく儀式です。

Protecting kids online (3 of 3)

This is the third and last article in this series.

The most important thing to be remembered about how to protect your child when doing stuff online is that the child should know about not giving his/her personal details like name, school address, home address or various contact numbers to any person they are chatting with.

Instead, they should use nicknames while they are doing stuff online. While chatting with their friends directly and privately, it is okay to use real names, but when playing games like Fortnite they should use other names.

You should mention to your child that whatever is displayed on the internet is not always right and that the child should differentiate between what is right and what is wrong. The child should also know that these rules for the internet are the same as in real life and that he/she should be careful while exchanging any information.

As we all know, parents should monitor their child's surfing activity but we cannot sit with them the whole time. This means we need to teach them the basics so that they can do it safely.

3月となりました

3月は弥生です。弥生の由来は、「草木がいよいよ生い茂る月」という意味の「木草（きくさ）弥（い）や生（お）ひ茂る月（づき）」が詰まって「やよい」になったという説が有力なのだそうです。

草木の芽吹きに勢いを感じます。
